By accessing or using our Site, you agree to these Website Terms of Use (Terms). Our Privacy Policy, available at tfa.org.au/privacy, explains how we handle personal information and does not form part of these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing the updated version on our Site. Changes apply prospectively to your use of the Site after publication and do not affect rights or liabilities that arose earlier. We recommend checking back so you are aware of the current Terms. • Our brand. The Tech Futures Australia name, logo and brand assets are our trademarks.
• Partner and third-party content. Material on our Site owned or contributed by third parties or partners (including partner names and logos) is not ours to license, whether or not it is marked or identifiable as theirs.
• Images of people. Photographs, video or audio featuring identifiable people (including staff, teachers, partners, event attendees and children) must not be reused without consent.

Some teaching resources on our programs site, techfutures.org.au, are available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) licence. The Website Terms of Use for techfutures.org.au explain exactly which resources are covered and what is excluded. That licence does not apply to Content on tfa.org.au.

The Content is for general information purposes only. It is not comprehensive, and it is not professional advice. It does not take into account your specific needs, objectives or circumstances. These include our own program sites (such as techfutures.org.au), which have their own terms of use, and websites operated by third parties such as our partners and supporters. Governing law

Our Site can be accessed in Australia and overseas. We make no representation that it complies with the laws of any country outside Australia. If you access our Site from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with your local laws.

Severance

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down as far as necessary to make it valid, or severed if it cannot be. The rest of the Terms continue to apply.
